A mother has disgraced her daughter in public by flogging her brutally for allegedly visiting a man’s house against her wishes. The woman gave her daughter serious beating with the cane as she was stripped half-n*ked. Some people have alleged that mother took the serious measures because the daughter might have slept with the man.
