Woman Disgraced Publicly After Being Caught Stealing In A Shopping Mall (Photos)

A 35 year old woman of Kanyama Compound in Zambia was today painted with white powder by Pick N’ pay staff after she was caught shoplifting. According to eye witnesses, the said woman was caught lifting bathing soaps before being punished publicly.
