According to ace music video director, Adasa Cookey, Wizkid has raked in $200,000(72million naira) from his videos, “Come Closer” and “My Love”.
Adasa Cookey took to his instagram page to share the news.
He added that the figure comes from the popular music streaming platform, Spotify where the videos have been watched over 55 million times combined.
Nigeria’s foreign export, Wizkid has been breaking records ever since 2017 kicked off and with his new album, ‘Sounds from the other side’ making waves both home and abroad, the sky will be just his starting point.
Apart from spotify, Other streaming platform like Tidal, Itunes store are also generating income for Starboy
