Usain Bolt suffers Injury In The Final Race Of His Career, Breaks Down In Tears


Usain Bolt’s career as an athlete ended in disappointment on Saturday, August 12, 2017 as he pulled up with an injury during the 4×100-meters final at the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London as the 30-year-old failed to finish the race.

 

Bolt was already chasing the British and American teams when he started the final leg of the race, and he didn’t even come close to the finish line before pulling up with an injury leaving him in tears.

Despite the injury, Bolt was given a standing ovation after the race as he ends his career on the track with 11 World Championships gold medals.
