While his cohort, Zlatan Ibile and two others have been released on administrative bail, Naira Marley is still in EFCC custody and is waiting to go to court.

A recent statement released by Naira Marley’s management has however confirmed that Naira Marley is still being held by EFCC because of the evidence found on a laptop believed to Naira Marley’s own.

However, according to the statement released by Naira Marley’s management, the laptop was borrowed for recording and uploading songs during his stay in Nigeria. The statement further goes on to say that Naira Marley’s open support for “Yahoo Yahoo” was misconstrued.
