According to police, a 31-year-old man who kept several snakes as pets had suffered serious injuries before he was found dead in his bedroom.

Dan Brandon’s body was found at his home in Hampshire and experts are investigating if the snake was actually involved in his death, Metro UK reports.

Speaking about the incident, a spokesman for Surrey and Hampshire Reptile Rescue said: ”There’s never been a case of a python killing someone in Britain before. They only kill what they eat.”Photos…

One of his snakes, which can grow up to an incredible 25ft, was found slivering near his body, after seemingly escaping from its pen.
