Popasay, is a Reggae Artist originally from Bayelsa State. Currently based in the U.S. Houston Texas to be precise. Back in the early 90’s, he recorded a song with the African Queen of Reggae, Evi-Edna Ogoli. Her “Jah Pikin” album, first track side (A) titled “ONIOWOMA”. He has also recorded with many other artists both home and abroad.
