The comparisons between Davido and Wizkid have began again and this time it was started by Daddy Freeze.
The Cool FM OAP, Daddy Freeze has recently compared the singing abilities of Nigerian pop stars Davido and Wizkid. The controversial radio personality gave the reason for his verdict which was shared on the radio station’s Instagram page. Daddy Freeze did not stop at Wizkid, but also stated that Davido was a better singer than Tekno.
“I don’t think Wizkid sings better than Davido”, he stated. He went on to give more reasons like saying OBO is more passionate and emotive while singing.
“Wizkid has one of the few voices that you can actually regard as gifted. His texture is great. But when it comes to vocal ability, professionally, I’ll give it to Davido.”
