It’s no more news that Thierry Henry came to Lagos and was crowned ‘King of Goal’ by football fans, the trending gist making rounds recently is that the Arsenal legend spoke Yoruba, and that was revealing.
It was Nigerian sensational singer, Simi who made a Yoruba boy out of the football legend when she asked him to recite one of the lines in her music tracks. “Mo’ooo sho’oooo rire ooooo” which is translated to “I am blessed.”

Henry at first tried to dodge from the task but the music star’s persistent call propelled the former Monaco man to give it a try. And he passed!
