The feud between Rotimi Akeredolu and a former governor of Lagos, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has become the focus of media attention after a remarkable election victory.

Rotimi Akeredolu has been declared winner as the Governor-elect at the just concluded guvernatorial election by the Independent National Elect0ral Commission.

In his acceptance speech, Akeredolu thanked the President Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government, party chairman, John Oyegun as well as Governors of the All Progressives Congress including party members in the state who contributed timeless efforts in the electioneering process.

Akeredolu, at the INEC collation centre, shunned the South-west leader and APC chieftain, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his speech.
