Fresh reports from the UK say that outgoing Paris Saint Germain (PSG) striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will head to Manchester United for his medical next week.

According to Sky Sport Headquarters, the Swede, who sometime last week reportedly reached agreement with the Old Trafford management to join the Red Devils, is now set to make the move to the Theatre of Dreams.

The move was initially expected to be delayed after reports emerged that the striker wanted to play in the Rio Olympics but all appeared settled when he announced his retirement from international football instead. His country’s early ouster from the ongoing Euro 2016 championship also helped the deal.

Meanwhile, Sky Sources have also said that Manchester United has agreed a fee of £26.3m with Borussia Dortmund for Henrikh Mkhitaryan, putting an end to speculations of whether the Armenian midfielder really wanted to join the Red Devils.

Another red team, Liverpool is set to conduct a medical for Southampton star, Sadio Mane.

According to reports from the UK, Liverpool and Southampton reached an agreement over the player on Sunday.

“Sadio Mane is on the brink of becoming Liverpool’s standout summer signing after he was given permission to travel to Merseyside for a medical.

“Liverpool agreed a £30million fee with Southampton over the weekend for the Senegal forward and he will now undergo a physical assessment before his representatives negotiate personal terms with chief executive Ian Ayre,” Daily Mail UK reports.

It took four weeks to strike the deal.
